Job description:

Responsibilities

The operations manager is responsible for execution of the day to day operations at Student Matching Service.

This individual will be responsible to manage and monitor the production of 25+ employees. Ensuring that employees are hitting goals, as well as providing coaching and documentation when they are not.

This individual will also be responsible for daily reporting including:

  • Media performance reports
  • Agent improvement plans
  • Payroll reporting

This individual will be trained on the day to day management of our lists, and Five9 dialer administration.

Duties

The operations manager will be responsible for completion of the following day to day duties:

  • Dialer/list management
  • Interviewing and hiring new employees
  • Optimization recommendations of current campaigns based on results from data analysis
  • Consistent & unsolicited recommendations for campaign growth and improvements
  • Management of reports for quality control and maximizing SMS revenue
  • Consistent and timely communication with all internal partners as needed
  • Meet or exceed deadlines imposed by external and internal partners
  • Effective management of client data to maintain and grow business opportunities
  • Proactive & consistent analysis of all available data
  • Identifying trends and opportunities across data partners
  • Executing the monthly plan as dictated from executive management
  • Ad hoc reports and analysis as requested
  • Additional responsibilities as dictated by CEO/COO according to business needs

Required Qualifications/Experience/Training

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with dynamic job responsibilities and priorities
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively with management and peers
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and Internet, very proficient in Excel
  • Exceptional time management skills, work ethic and high sense of urgency
  • Ability to meet and exceed deadlines and independently manage time effectively
  • Some call center management required
  • It is not required that you have any experience with Five9 or any other systems used. We can train you as needed.
